Your Schengen application,
prepared right the first time.
SWRF helps residents of Madinah and the Kingdom put together complete, consistent Schengen visa applications — tourism, business, and family visits — before you ever step into the visa centre.
We prepare and review applications. The visa decision is made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate.
Three categories. One standard of care.
Every application gets the same document review and consistency check, regardless of purpose.
Tourist visit
Leisure travel to one or more Schengen countries, including multi-city and multi-country itineraries.
- Jurisdiction check (main destination / first entry)
- Itinerary and accommodation review
- Refundable booking guidance
Business visit
Meetings, conferences, and short-term commercial trips sponsored by an employer or partner company.
- Invitation letter review
- Employer/company documentation check
- Event or meeting evidence assembly
Family & friend visit
Visits to relatives or friends resident in a Schengen country, including sponsored applications.
- Sponsor documentation coordination
- Relationship evidence review
- Minor and family-group applications
Seven checkpoints, start to finish.
A genuine sequence — each step depends on the one before it clearing.
Consultation & jurisdiction check
We confirm your destination, purpose, and which embassy’s jurisdiction your application falls under — before anything else is booked.
Document collection & review
You send scans against your personalised checklist; we check completeness and consistency across every document.
Application preparation
We complete the application form using only information your documents support, then you review and sign off.
Appointment booking
Your appointment is booked directly through the official visa centre for your destination country — Jeddah, Riyadh, or Al Khobar.
Submission support
We prepare your file for submission and biometrics. You attend in person and submit under your own name, as required.
Tracking & additional requests
We monitor your reference through the official tracking channel and help you respond fast if more documents are requested.
Decision & file closure
Passport collection, a final check of your visa details, and secure closure of your file under our data retention policy.
What you’ll need, by profile.
Every embassy has its own final list — this is the baseline we start every file with.

We’re your file preparer — not the embassy.
SWRF is a visa facilitation and advisory office. We prepare, review, and organise your application so it’s complete and internally consistent. The decision to approve, limit, or refuse a Schengen visa is made solely by the relevant embassy or consulate — not by SWRF, and not by any visa centre.
We won’t tell you what you want to hear if your file is weak. We’ll tell you what it actually needs.
We verify document consistency before you submit anything.
We tell you honestly if your financial or travel history is a risk factor.
We keep your government fees and our service fee itemised, separately.
We do not alter, strengthen, or fabricate any document.
We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or outcome.
We do not represent SWRF as an embassy, consulate, or official visa centre.
